Job Description Full-Time Pediatric Gastroenterologist Location: Westminster, MD Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Gastroenterology OverviewA leading healthcare system in Maryland is seeking a Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join a growing and collaborative team of pediatric specialists. This is a full-time, employed position offering opportunities for clinical care, teaching, and research in a supportive and academic environment.Position Highlights•Join an established Pediatric Gastroenterology practice with a dedicated team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, dietitians, and administrative staff.•Provide inpatient, outpatient, and procedural care at the main campus, with additional outpatient satellite clinic opportunities.•Perform in-office procedures, including FibroScan and IB-Stim.•Participate in day and night call coverage on a rotating schedule.•Engage in teaching pediatric residents, medical students, and visiting trainees.•Academic and faculty appointments available based on experience and qualifications.•Research and mentoring opportunities encouraged and supported.Qualifications •MD or DO from an accredited medical school.•Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Gastroenterology.•Eligible for an unrestricted Maryland medical license.•Current or obtainable DEA and CDS licenses.•Strong interest in working in an academic and team-oriented environment.•New fellowship graduates are welcome to apply.Compensation & Benefits•Competitive guaranteed base salary ($200K–$220K, based on specialty, board certification, and experience).•Additional incentive compensation opportunities.•Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.•Retirement plans: 403(b), 457(b), and pension plan.•CME allowance, tuition reimbursement, and relocation support.•Generous paid time off and life insurance.•Reimbursement for licensure and credentialing fees.•Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).•Complimentary parking and employee fitness center discounts.Community HighlightsLocated in Westminster, Maryland, this area offers an exceptional quality of life with easy access to Baltimore, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and New York City.
