Oversees the activities of the Respiratory Care Technicians and Respiratory Care Student/Trainees when assigned that responsibility by the Director or Cardiopulmonary Services. Ability to provide care to the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Utilizes knowledge of principles of growth and development appropriate to the patient's age and condition to ensure that the unique physical and psychosocial needs of the patient are met.
