About the Insurance Sales Job:

  • Range: $40,000 - $100,000 based on an hourly wage and commissions
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish
  • Deliver great customer service to customers in-person and over the phone from a retail office location
  • Enroll new clients into health, supplemental, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • Assist existing clients with questions related to their insurance coverage, payment issues, obtaining the appropriate health insurance tax forms, access to care etc.
  • Navigate through multiple software applications with attention to details
  • Stay up to date with training, resources and support to meet and exceed sales goals
  • All insurance sales agents must meet a monthly sales quota to remain in good standing within the company and to maintain the position

If you are not licensed, however, you can earn a $300 bonus upon passing your state exam to become a licensed insurance agent within 30 days of your start date.
