Overview:Seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Total
Joint Replacement to join a growing practice in Carroll County,
Maryland. The ideal candidate will have expertise in primary and
complex revision joint procedures and a commitment to academic
collaboration and multidisciplinary care.Qualifications:Board
Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic SurgeryFellowship
training in Adult Reconstruction/Joint Replacement
preferredExpertise in primary and revision total joint
proceduresStrong interpersonal and clinical skillsInterest in
academic and teaching opportunitiesPosition Highlights:Join a
high-volume, world-class orthopedic programAcademic involvement
with orthopedic surgery residents, including clinical teaching and
didacticsAccess to institutional research infrastructure and
supportWork alongside specialists in sports medicine, trauma,
spine, pediatrics, and hand surgeryRequired call: 4 days/month
(option for additional call)Compensation & Benefits:Guaranteed base
salary: $450,000 $500,000 (based on specialty, board certification,
