Job Description:

Seeking experienced retail manager to oversee store operations, maximize sales, and control expenses for Spirit Halloween seasonal store.

Hourly rate ranges from $23.95 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

The Store Manager is responsible for:


  • Establishing and maintaining Guest Services
  • Controlling expenses
  • Shrink management
  • Merchandising and inventory control
  • Staffing and scheduling
  • Setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store


    The ideal candidate will have:

    • At least 21 years old
    • A flexible schedule
    • Prior retail management experience


      The physical demands of the job require:

      • 8+ hours of standing/walking
      • Climbing ladders
      • Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
