SCOPE OF ROLE
The Senior Project Manager will be accountable for partnering with
functional leaders and staff across the enterprise in leading the
design, development and management of key initiatives and process
improvement activities. This position is responsible for ensuring
programs are operationally sound, have measurable targets, are
aligned to key performance indicators, orient to strategy, and
deliver a positive ROI. As a Senior Project Manager, this role will
lead complex initiatives from start to finish.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Project Manager job description is intended to point out
major responsibilities within the role, but it is not limited to
these items.
1. Work collaboratively across multiple operations teams and
functions to measure and drive performance.
2. Manage and coordinate multiple projects across a matrixed
environment including facilitation of meetings and follow up with
key stakeholders.
3. Support assigned programs by creating project timelines,
developing business requirements documents, identifying key
milestones, ensuring tasks are completed, and additional resources
needed to successfully complete the work.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The majority of work responsibilities are performed in an open
office setting, carrying out detailed work sitting at a desk/table
and working on the computer. Travel may be required.
For individuals assigned to a location(s) in California, Bright
Health is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the
compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary
based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and
abilities, as well as internal equity. A reasonable estimate of the
range is $97,000 to $145,000 annually.
Additionally, employees are eligible for health benefits; life and
disability benefits, a 401(k) savings plan with match; up to 21
days of PTO, 10 paid holidays, plus 2 floating holidays per year;
and a lifestyle spending account.
